What are the delivery types? Can I self-collect instead?


The cost of delivery is absorbed by our company and hence, it will be pre-determined by the total value of your order.
In general, the delivery services are arranged as follow:
Package less than $30 - Normal Mail Package more than $30 - Registered Mail Should you choose to self-collect, a 10% discount will be given to thank you for helping us reduce the use of delivery packaging (i.e. single use poly mails)! Self-collection can be done at two venues: Our warehouse at Tradehub 21 : Mondays to Fridays (10.30am to 4.00pm) Bukit Batok / Clementi MRT Station: Saturdays (11.00am to 11.30am) To ensure a successful self-collection, please do drop us an SMS(90603115) or email (fumblesjumbles@gmail.com) at least 2 days in advance to confirm your pick up date/timing and location.




I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?


Drop us an email indicating which is the missing item and we can either: refund you accordingly or mail the item to you.




Do you offer "gift cards"?


Yes we do! Sometimes, the loveliest way to give is a gift of choice. We will customize a coupon code for you accompanied by an e-card. Please contact us for details.




The items received are incorrect. What should I do?


If you have received an incorrect item, drop us an email stating the product name of the item you should have received instead, together with a photo of the incorrect item. We will mail the correct item together with a returning envelope to you. Postage of the returning envelope will already be paid for, but we do need your help in mailing it back to us within 1 week. Failure to do so will result in you being blacklisted on our site.




Can I cancel or change my order?


It's not possible to cancel your order once payment has been processed because we do not make refunds. However, we can hold the credits for up to 1 year or you may select another item of a similar value instead.





 

For Sellers

What types of clothes can I sell?


We are looking for gently worn clothes of good quality and resale value for age 0 to 8 years. Clothes that are usually worn for specific occasions like wedding celebrations, festivals, Halloween parties & even cold weather travels etc. Clothes from known retail stores, local brands or sustainably-made are preferred. Do keep a look out for our collection drive posters as we will hold theme-based collections from time to time. There is also a limit of 20 items to be sold by per customer per collection drive. Can I sell clothes that are slightly stained?


If the stains are small, at obscure parts of the clothing and is unlikely to be noticed… YES! We will try to give it a 2nd lease of life. However, the pricing will be affected because it will also be sold at a lower price.




Can I sell small clothing items like bibs and hats?


Due to hygiene reasons, items like bibs, socks, undergarments cannot be accepted. Hats, caps, and beanies are welcomed though!




How much can I expect to get for the clothes that I sell?


That’s a very difficult question! We quote your pre-loved clothes based on their condition, brand and estimated resale value. There is no fixed pricing based on clothing type / brand / market price. However, items are usually priced between the range of $0.50 to $8. Hence, kindly wait for our offer!




How long does it take before I can receive a payout offer?


The time needed to receive a payout offer depends on your selling method. For the FIRST method, you will receive a payout offer within 1 to 2 hours from drop off time.

How do I go about selling my clothes?


There are 2 methods to sell your clothes. More details can be found here. What are the payment options?

What is a Partial Credit System? *(NEW)


For Selling Quotes ranging between $20 to $50, $10 of your quote will be given in credit ( x 1.5 times) & the remaining in cash.
E.g. For a $45 quote, you will receive $35 Cash + $15 Credit For a $27.80 quote, you will receive $ $17.80 Cash + $15 Credit

For Selling Quotes above $50, $20 of your quote will be given in credit ( x 1.5 times) & the remaining in cash.
E.g. For a $100 quote, you will receive $80 Cash + $30 Credit
For a $78 quote, you will receive $58 Cash + $30 Credit Credits will be given in the form of e-coupons, in denominations of $5. Your unique coupon code will be SMSed / EMAILed to you on the same day when cash is credited into your bank account. Credits do not expire.
Credit system does not apply for quotes below $20.
