What are the delivery types? Can I self-collect instead?


The cost of delivery is absorbed by our company and hence, it will be pre-determined by the total value of your order.
In general, the delivery services are arranged as follow:
Package less than $30 - Normal Mail Package more than $30 - Registered Mail Should you choose to self-collect, a 10% discount will be given to thank you for helping us reduce the use of delivery packaging (i.e. single use poly mails)! Self-collection can be done at two venues: Our warehouse at Tradehub 21 : Mondays to Fridays (10.30am to 4.00pm) Bukit Batok / Clementi MRT Station: Saturdays (11.00am to 11.30am) To ensure a successful self-collection, please do drop us an SMS(90603115) or email (fumblesjumbles@gmail.com) at least 2 days in advance to confirm your pick up date/timing and location.




I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?


Drop us an email indicating which is the missing item and we can either: refund you accordingly or mail the item to you.




Do you offer "gift cards"?


Yes we do! Sometimes, the loveliest way to give is a gift of choice. We will customize a coupon code for you accompanied by an e-card. Please contact us for details.




The items received are incorrect. What should I do?


If you have received an incorrect item, drop us an email stating the product name of the item you should have received instead, together with a photo of the incorrect item. We will mail the correct item together with a returning envelope to you. Postage of the returning envelope will already be paid for, but we do need your help in mailing it back to us within 1 week. Failure to do so will result in you being blacklisted on our site.




Can I cancel or change my order?


It's not possible to cancel your order once payment has been processed because we do not make refunds. However, we can hold the credits for up to 1 year or you may select another item of a similar value instead.
